A defense attorney says a Brazilian woman working as an au pair for a suburban Harrisburg family will plead innocent to charges in the death of her infant son.

Authorities say 24-year-old Ana Cuoco told police that she delivered the baby herself and he wasn't breathing, so she wrapped the body in a towel and hid it in a closet.
